In my role, I included in projects related to development and management of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) which enhance production efficiency and traceability across operations.

I was responsible for maintaining and optimizing ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval System) hardware to ensure reliability and minimal downtime. I also contributed to innovation by developing automated visual inspection software, improving quality assurance through AI-driven detection capabilities along the production line. Additionally, I played a key role in the integration and testing of AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), streamlining material handling and boosting workflow automation within the warehouse.

Beyond manufacturing systems, I also spearheaded the development of DCMS (Document & Content Management Solution) within the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework, enabling structured information management and supporting better organizational decision-making.

In this role, I was responsible for the development of an E-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) system, focusing on enhancing digital identity verification and compliance processes of online payment platform.

I designed and implemented an identification card recognition solution using Python and Google OCR, building a robust dataset of ID cards from multiple countries (including the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, and Canada) where both graphic and textual landmarks were annotated for precise detection. To ensure functionality and reliability, I conducted API testing on the prototype using Postman and Python, validating system accuracy and integration.

Additionally, I developed a passport MRZ (Machine-Readable Zone) checking system which capable of handling MRZ data from passports across nearly 100 countries, significantly improving the scope and effectiveness of the verification process. This work not only demonstrated technical expertise in computer vision and OCR, but also strengthened secure, scalable, and automated customer onboarding capabilities.

In this position, I was responsible for computer hardware maintenance, which included diagnosing and repairing devices such as printers, desktops, and laptops to ensure smooth daily operations and minimize downtime. Alongside technical support, I also managed online IT equipment retail operations through the company website. This dual role allowed me to strengthen my e-commerce management capabilities, ensuring reliable IT services while driving sales and maintaining customer satisfaction in the online marketplace.
